Root [Sprint/Cricket] Peoples Rom screen use

Hi - i'm on galaxy s3 running Peoples Rom GS316 and have noticed that the screen takes up most of the battery -- is this normal..? (screenshot attached) I have the brightness set to the lowest level all day and this still takes up most of the battery..

Also - what about the cell idle thing? I never noticed that on the other ROMs..

Screen is always going to take up the most battery, assuming you are actually using the device.

Cell idle is normal as well.
