MAKE A BACKUP FIRST

Then dl this:
http://s463927618.onlinehome.us/android/zte/19OC.img

Put it @ /sdcard/

Thru adb do:
"dd if=/sdcard/19OC.img of=/dev/block/platform/sdcc.1/boot"
Then reboot, if it doesn't boot the just restore you phone

Can you upload a stock boot.img for me? I was using a zte force ramdisk so that's prolly what's making it not boot.

Here is the boot.img from totlth's SlimStock++ he only deodexed the rom and de-bloated. I took the boot.img out and uploaded for you, hope it's good enough.

After "dd if=/sdcard/test1avid.img of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/boot" through adb shell, and then a reboot. The device booted up, is this the result you were looking for?

Yes it was...total stock, just took away the zeros away from the end (about 10mb of zeros)
Now I know my kernel should work. I'm compiling a new one right now, it'll be source built stock 1.5 ghz. I'll need tht tested. Then I can roll out the OC. Just gotta work in steps.
