Hello again. Sometimes that sort of "possessed" behavior is caused by issues that can only be remedied with a factory data reset.

But before taking that drastic measure, first try shutting down and removing sd card, SIM card and battery. Wait a minute or so then replace it all and power up and test for proper functionality.
