Viber not downloading received photos

Hey

I have Viber on my S3. However whenever someones sends me photos, i cannot download them.

When i tap them to open, i just a get constant round circle loading. Nothing happens after this.

Does anyone have this issue?

How can i fix this?

Hi Viber team,
I have been use viber app quite long time ago and not get any problem so far. But, today I updated viber on my phone and facing unexpected problem like I can't find all viber image that I sent and received from all of my friends.
Even viber image folder is disappear from gallery.
I hope that you can help me how to solve this problem as soon as possible. And whatever your effort is I really appreciate.

I have the same issue and I dont fece connection problems.What can I do to resolve the issue?
