IANAL if they're just a one off, you should be OK. If they was mass produced, you'd probably find Dr. Dre's legal department coming after you....unless you're in China that is.

I might one day. But most of the models I see from V-Moda are kinda on the pricey side though.
I also got Viper4Android's EQ on my phone as well. So for the moment, I'm in no big rush to buy any new headphones.

Nice, I got a pair of the Crossfade LP2 headphones. Best headphones ever. Comfortable fit, decently noise isolating, sturdy construction, but where they really shine is the music. It sounds so amazingly crystal clear with just the right amount of bass. I play bass guitar, I use these connected to my amp so I can practice quietly sometimes I forget that I'm just using headphones.

Mine are super comfortable, I forget I'm wearing them. Before playing for church, I spend three hours in rehearsal, then another 45 minutes playing our set. Only have issues when I headbang (I'm an enthusiastic bass player). Other than that, I barely know they're there.
You can't help bit head bang with these headphones lol. Their sound is so lively.

This is a custom design that I requested, you can get this with the Transformer theme you desire with any color.
Who's the company doing these custom 'phones and where are they? If they're in the States they could get done for trademark and/or copyright infringement, unless they're licensed. But on the other hand if they're in China, no one really cares, although IANAL.

The headphones themselves assembled in China. I'm not sure where the custom shields are made at. But they don't ship the headphones custom like that (see mine). To get the custom shields, you have to go to the V-Moda and order them. You can download a Photoshop template, add your own black/white logo design, and upload it to their website. From their they will laser etch your design onto the shields. These aren't mass produced like that though.
Kind of like the Moto X in a way, you can order the vanilla variety, or you can have them customized to your style.
