How to delete applications that are pre-installed?

Hi guys,
I've read the FAQ and the user manual about the following question: "how to delete applications that are pre-installed in the Samsung Galaxy Fame?". The user manual says it's impossible and the FAQ doesn't have this question.
For some reasons*, I would like to delete many applications that came pre-installed with the cell phone.
I already own a tablet (Samsung Galaxy note 10.1) and I could remove any programs I wanted to without any trouble. I was very surprised to see that I could not do the same with my brand new cell phone. So I'm sure there's a way to uninstall those "useless" programs that I will never use and that are reducing my RAM by a lot.

*: The RAM of the phone is 512Mb but due to all the applications in use, the available RAM is only about 80 to 70 Mb which is ridiculous. I've downloaded several applications like task killers, system monitorings, etc. to kill those applications but none of these programs worked. None of the uninstaller programs worked either. Some asked me to be root but since I'm a total newbie at this and I don't want to break Android (circular boot), I'd rather not do it alone without help.

Thank you for any help!

Without root you can't uninstall the preinstalled apps ... but you'd disable them and getting more storage space :) ... Settings, Apps, All ... Before, you might have to uninstall their updates and then disable them.

Unused RAM is useless RAM :) let the OS manage it.

I see, thank you very much. I managed to disable enough of them to get around 130 Mb of RAM. This is enough for most applications, the cell phone doesn't freeze anymore. Thanks a lot.
