Help Problems, Problems, Problems. Help please.

I have a GSIII, just got it yesterday, brought it home, had half a battery.
I played around on that half a battery, until it needed charged, and when I plugged it in, I lost all signal plus 3g on the phone, only while plugged in.
I can roam while plugged in, but if I'm not roaming, I lose all signal.
Problem with that is, if I'm roaming, I get no 3g, at all.
I lose no matter how I go about this.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the forums . I see you having a problem with a s3 signal . Can i ask did you do a factory reset when the battery was charged . And can u get access to the playstore .

The phone was reset and flashed at the Unplugged Wireless store I purchased the phone at. I can access the PlayStore. It's just when I plug the phone in, I lose all signal. It goes from 3-4 bars to 1-2, to 0, then to a crossed out circle, but my 3g oddly stays in the notification bar.

Did you go into settings and check the data and roaming box in network settings

here's my roaming settings (don't always have it like this, just when charging)
Roaming network - Automatic
Roaming settings - Domestic Voice and Data checked (International unchecked)
None checked in roaming guard.

Found the app, downloaded, ran it. It done exactly what I expected it would do for my situation - Absolutely nothing.

Remember, I only lose signal when charging, and only if I'm not roaming

Where are you located and when u tried to return the device for repair what did they tell you .

Alabama.
The person working at unplugged just reflashed it for me and it worked up until 30 minutes after I got home from the store. (had this issue last night, which was the day I got the phone)

Are they a refurbished center.

It's a page plus & H2O store.
They sell used phones that will work on those prepaid carriers, and they flash your phone/ the phone you just bought from them to said plan.
I'm going to go tomorrow and see if they will let me trade for a different s3, and hope to god I get a working s3, unless somebody here can help me.

Its not that they need to do some programming to the device . Or exchange it for another one cause its not working .

Nahhhh they need to swap if you paid for it already . Cause the phone sounds like it was refurbished and they just programmed it but the phone didnt pick up yet

I'm going to try to get it swapped out tomorrow after school, I believe the owner of the store (Who I've been dealing with for the majority of my time with page plus) is rather understanding about my issues, so I'm going to try and get it replaced.

Well if you think he has to exchange it cause this is the second time you rolled in his business with the same problem and he flashed it again but it didnt work . So as a customer he has to exchange the device . This is cause you only have 15 days for exchange.
