Help My AT&T GS3 Won't Update Firmware!

Hi, guys.

AT&T recently released their long-awaited firmware update. Whoo-hoo, right?! Well, as if it weren't frustrating enough that their updates are so delayed and far in-between, for whatever reason, my GS3 I747 (currently running the official 4.1.1) fails to update! :(
During the installation, when it restarts, I'm presented with the following error message (attached is the screen):
[HIGH]CWM-based Recovery v5.5.0.4
E: Invalid command argument
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
E: failed to verify whole-update signature
E: signature verification failed
Installation aborted[/HIGH]
Please help if you have a solution.
Thank you in advance and let me know if you need additional info.

You can't install OTA updates on a rooted phone with a Custom Recovery like CWM installed. Trying to do so could possibly brick your phone!

You'll have to go back to completely stock or go to the AT&T sub forum and see if someone has posted a version of the update that you can flash with CWM.

Thanks for the reply.

I was unable to find anything in the AT&T sub-forum. Would it be possible to somehow disable/remove CWM, then install the update? (I'm a lay person, so please forgive any and all stupid questions.:o)

Also I'm pretty sure you can update using kies, you just need to get it connected on your PC and do emergency firmware update.

If not you need to flash a stock jb with the Samsung recovery using Odin and then do the update
