Help SanDisk sd card blank

Hi all, I recently got my screen and charger port fixed on my galaxy ace fixed but ever since I've it back my 16GB SanDisk as card is coming as "blank" or "unsupported file system" when I take it out and put it back in it sometimes comes up ok again. I've tried to format it but it won't do it can anyone help me.

Could your card be damaged? have you tried it on PC? (mini tools?) try to format it on PC and see if works.
If you had a partition ( some roms need partition to work) maybe you should format it again.
You can try with other SD card to check if its SD card problem ou SGA, in the latest could be a hardware problem or someting in system, then you should flash the rom again
with the information you gave cant say nothing much
