Help Samsung Galaxy S3 won't start; dead.

I did a search of the forum for the problem with my S3 and it appears my phone is dead and will need to be replaced. Before I do that I just wanted to post my problem in case I missed some fix. I was listening to a recently installed app called
 
Disregard my post. As I was at my desk working, the phone booted up. It's been dead all day and now it just started working and I even found the exit button for the I Heart Radio app. Would a moderator please delete this thread, thank you.
 
You shouldn't do battery pulls unless the phone is completely locked up. This isn't a BlackBerry. Next time just hold the power button in for 10 seconds or so and the phone will shut down properly then automatically restart. Doing a battery pull is not a proper shut down and could cause other problems.
