motorola razr maxx tossing up errors on win 7 and 8

I tried installing the program that says drivers are installed from Motorola but it still does not work. Anyone able to successfully resolve this?

I have 64 bit Win 7 and this driver works for me. Good luck.

Can you describe the errors you are seeing? ("tossing up errors" doesn't focus it for me.)

I have no problem with a Droid Maxx, Droid Bionic, or Droid X connected to a Windows 7 Professional Workstation (64-bit).
