Hero available today @ Sprint Store!

I just returned my 3 week old Palm Pre, and was prepared to wait until Sunday to pick up the Hero. When I told the lady I was waiting until Sunday for the Hero, she walked in back and came out with one! If you cant wait, or arent a reward zone member, you may want to give your local Sprint store a call.

Just called my buddy at a Sprint store and he said no way they will do that. Then I called a few other Sprint stores and they acted like they never even heard of the Hero. The store that was knowledgeable on the Hero itself said, they "think" it will be out the 11th, but aren't sure.

that just means they work for a company, about which they dont know anything about.

I went to best buy and talked to a guy there he said you can get Hero in 11th, and I reserved it for myself. Plus if you go too sprint site and search it, there is a topic saying that it will come out in the 11th.

If you want accurate info I'd recommend talking to the managers....at least most of them know what they are talking about lol

Um...FYI...Best Buy Reward Zone members can get it tomorrow...;)
 
For all those claiming Sprint is releasing the phone today I have beach front property in Arizona if you'd like to purchase some.
 
Maybe they are more lax about it here.

Here is a picture of the phone with service. The manager was right next to the lady when she sold it to me, so I don't think it was that big of a deal.

My Best Buy just called me and said they have my phone in for sure and if I was free to make it in tonight I can come pick it up. Unfortunately I can't make it to Best Buy by 9. One more day.
