I have just bought a pair of SIM-Free Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5360 phones for use when overseas, my first venture into AndroidLand.
They are so nice that I'm thinking of getting another to replace my iPhone 3GS, that I hate!
Of course, as soon as I bought them I started thinking about updating the firmware; should I go ahead straight away, or play with them first? There seem to be so many different custom images to choose from, so I'm a bit overwhelmed.
