I live an hour from Memphis.....Once I get the tracking number, think they will give it to me if I just drive over there myself????? :-)

not a bad idea but I am pretty positive it doesn't work this way because everything gets kind of sorted in bulks..lol..and I doubt they would look for the little package....I tried something similar before with ups and they said sorry nope :mad:...but hey if they say yes...pick mine up too...pretty please...I am about 3 hrs away from memphis...we could meet half way :D
 
I checked order #327378780 which is prior to mine and 327378782 which is after mine and both have tracking # with delivery date of 4/28th. Mine still says being processed!!!

Just talked to a CSR - i know its not online order support but he couldn't find my order at all and i have the same message. He gave me the number to call tomorrow. Also going to call my bank. This better be sorted out or im going to...:mad:...i dont know...yell at someone! I'll let you know what they say tomorrow.

Like you all I am patiently awaiting the arrival of my Incredible, which I received shpping info on today.
While waiting I am trying to watch different reviews and maybe find a good one for how-to on the Incredible and came across this one. I think the reviewer is HTC employee.

Me too. I used my NE2 discount for a total of $108 with my Chase debit/credit card.. the same card I use to pay my bills every month. I have no billing issues with them, never been late on a payment and have plenty of money in the bank. There is no pending transaction in my bank account for this either.

Hopefully this will change tomorrow or I will call. I just wish I could jump on the "it's been shipped," bandwagon. :(
 
Haha, thanks guys. It's okay I'm sure I'll get it sorted out tomorrow. Sammy, looks like you got the same message as me. I recommend calling your bank (if you used a card as opposed to putting it to account) and seeing if it's something on their end, as well as online support through VZW. That's what I'll be doing tomorrow.
 
I "missed out" on the free overnight promo code and paid the extra $9 for overnight shipping and my order 327378*** arrived in Phila at 6:34 PM EST with a status of in transit. I live 45 minutes away, so it looks as if I get true overnight shipping I will have mine tomorrow ;)

I also ordered on th3 23rd, but my numbers are the 520058xxx, still no change
 
P.S. If you got the e-mail saying your order is in queue or your status says "We received your order. Please check back tomorrow, Phandroid1 was nice enough to start a new thread specifically about this topic. Hopefully this can give us more info on what the status means. I'll post my update from tomorrow on this thread.

Just got an email from verizon, saying that my order has been shipped!!! and they gave me a tracking number, but nothing shows up yet.

ok just as an info for the ones ( like me ) that are still waiting for their order to process...this morning about 12hrs ago we had just passed the 327390's so we might get processed in the middle of the night...if they keep it running at this pace....at 327480's right now...
