No. When you go into settings/apps/running it tells you how long they've been up/running total. If you haven't shut your phone down in 4 days then it should show a runtime of 48:00:00

Settings->About phone->Status. Toward the bottom is "Up time" in hours:mm:ss.
Those "A"s may be a bug for what should be "10". My Google service in the apps running screen is now D6:11:35.
Thanks for looking at yours! Mine are B's today, along with a few <'s too. It just is an oddity for sure.
It's at 189:16:xx right now and shows B9:16:xx for most things. GV is showing as @4:15:xx.
