How do you discover music? Do you still listen to the radio?

When I take my hour long drive to work, I usually just hookup my android to the bluetooth and start playing songs I've downloaded so I don't really discover new music UNLESS someone starts singing/playing something in front of me.
I was just wondering how you discover your music and if you still listen to the radio?

Don't listen to the radio much anymore but you just can't avoid new music when you depend on public transportation in Boston to get around. I predict a lot of hearing problems for the next generation.

I also watch PBS a lot and some of their shows feature new music.

I often listen to the radio, but not music radio though, usually BBC Radio 4 on the internet. I usually discover new songs when my friends sing them at the KTV.

If you use Spotify then that can be good for discovering new artists.

Just find an artist that you like, and then once on their page click the 'start radio' button and it'll play songs from similar artists. You can even give each song a thumbs-up or thumbs-down so it knows which you like/don't like and it'll tailor the playlist accordingly.

I listen to random stations on Tune In a fair bit. If I hear a song I like, I'll check out other songs by the same artist.

Alternatively, my carrier gives me a free subscription to Deezer, I use the random Playlist function on that a bit. Select a band I like, hit the playlist button and off it goes. :)

I used to listen to Pandora, but I refuse to use it out of principle now. My fiance and my best friend normally introduce me to new bands, or the radio. Stumble also works.

Yeah i couldnt go wrong with that TUNE IN RADIO PRO yes the pro is the paid version. This was only 50 cents in the playstore one day give away that i couldn't go wrong with love it .

I might listen to the radio in the am for an hour but thats it, I dont like listening to the radio its horrible now they play the same new music over and over again. So to find new music I follow artist that I really like, they drop singles here and there also lots artist put out free albums/mixtapes now lol some times its better then the crap thats on the radio. Or I just follow and check music blogs or site everyday just to see whats new. Some friends of mine may introduce me to a new artist that I may like as well. I just searched google for the type of music and search that with the word new and you will get music blogs/sites, sometimes its new artist that are not signed yet and they are posting albums/music for free or a few bucks to get it out there and most of the time its really good.

Sirius XM radio in my car and on my motorcycle. Let's me pick all of my favorite genres and hear the dj's announce new bands and songs.

I usually ask my friends on twitter or facebook about new songs, also got many of my music by visiting youtube front page (on trending category and related videos).

I rarely listening radio (maybe once in two months lol) or watching mtv.

They still do music on MTV? Thought they went all about reality TV crap and unfunny sitcoms?

"Play your guitar on the MTV"...but not these days?
