Simple call answering using big buttons?

I'm trying to setup a phone for use by my elderly father. The Big Launcher app is good for making it easier to make calls, but I'm looking for an app that will make receiving calls easy - i.e. not having to slide to accept the call. Ideally I want something with a big green button to accept the call or a big red button to reject it. There used to be an app called Easy Answer Call Buttons but it seems to have disappeared from the market. Does anything know of something similar?

Is it a Samsung phone? Those can be configured to accept calls by pressing the home button, and hang up with the power button. It's in the dialer's settings.

No it's an old HTC Desire

There's an Accessibility checkbox, which I have checked, and no further options. I have no idea what it actually does, but it doesn't affect the "slide to answer" phone functionality.

Maybe you should ask in a specific sub-forum for your device. Those things often differ between brands and models.

Unfortunately not - it doesn't help with answering incoming calls (only dialing outgoing ones)
