Olympus has the white house down

Hello folks, netlinkz here. So, maybe someone could clue me in on as to whyyyyyyyyyyy? There are two versions, set up differently, of the white house being taken over? Olympus Has Fallen. Good movie. White House Down. Good movie. Is there a hidden agenda there? Did someone need someone else's idea to make some cash? I found it odd that both these peliculas were not that far released from each other. Didn't you?

This actually happens all the time - supposedly scripts get passed around and one studio uses an idea they like to make a similar movie.

I haven't seen either one, but I recall Skyline/Battle of LA came out a year or two ago- my fiance and I made the mistake of seeing the former in theater...

Yea, Skyline.. WOW!!! (sarcasm, it was horrible)
