People still buy counterfeit sd cards off of eBay. Been going on for years.
Outrageous, outright ripoffs. Many have complained to eBay about it, nothing has been done.

Yep, they share the list.
Always check with your carrier, have them check the number for you before buying a used phone.
Blacklisted devices can't be activated.
Workarounds claiming to fix things are illegal.
