yes...what i have been told is that the Memphis shop does everything by the book since they are the home office. So if it says delivery by 4/28 it will be on your door step (or office desk) on 4/28. They should go out to the distribution centers tonight. On trucks for delivery on Wednesday morning.

Not true, pretty much all my phones have come from Memphis with 2 day shipping but arrived the next day.
thank you guys.....now I know everything went thru...good feeling!!!ppl waiting for tracking numbers....like I mentioned the very very nice lady said they are done giving out tracking numbers for tonight and she sounded as if she knows what she is talking about.....good luck ya'll....your coming up sooooooon!they are still processing numbers to 2-3 day messages ;o)

from my experience when a package doesn't arrive at the main hub your delivery driver gets his packages from before 7am, don't count on it being delivered that same day
unless its there before the delivery guy picks up his deliveries, nope
in many experiences though when I get a shipment from Philly or New Jersey (New Egg rocks!) I get it the next business day
status updates follow up like this (but not exactly 100%)
10pm - Departure Scan
1am - Arrival Scan - Harrisburg, PA
3am - Departure Scan
6am - Arrival Scan - Hagerstown, MD
7am - Out for Delivery

but given i'm only 3hrs away from WestChester, its driving me nuts that even thinking about it making its way to Memphis is ******ed
i do know it will go to Hagerstown, MD because thats where our main hub is for FedEX, only about 30miles away from me, but its still stupid that it has to leave my state then come back again just to get delivered....
you would think they would have a more cost effective delivery system to save on fuel / manpower
thats why I like UPS
even with Ground service, I always get my amazon or newegg order the next day

My expected delivery date is Wednesday. It COULD theoretically get here tomorrow, but I don't forsee that happening. It will more than likely be held somewhere because why would FED EX rush it, if they weren't paid too.
But, I've ordered and watched enough tracking info to know that once it's gets to Memphis, it will eventually leave FED EX's Memphis Hub around 4:25am, and land at my airport around 7:00am. That plane is BIG and I drive under it every day on my way to work when it's coming in for a landing!! About 7:15am it will be sorted off the plane and either put on a truck immediately for delivery OR it will be taking to the FED Ex terminal, and then put on a truck for delivery around 8:45am, and I will have it sometime between 11:30am and 12:00pm. There really is no need for me to even watch the tracking info. I know it by heart!
Do you think I do too much online shopping???

I have a feeling that they are really focusing on getting these orders processed today...all the way so they can give out the rest of the tracking numbers tomorrow
not many ppl ordered on the 23rd (I did late at night) or on the 24th 25th so it should go real fast...I mean the phone lines for the online order support are open until 9pm and they are doing overtime and have extra ppl there....that's what she told me otherwise they wouldn't make the deadline of the 29th....cuz there will be ppl ordering all the way until the 28th and those get the overnight after talking to the very very nice rep I am hopeful for ya all.....

And if someone from the thread's estimation of package leaving at 7 AM if it arrived to the warehouse before 7 AM, then maybe... just maybe will I see the phone tomorrow? (Crosses fingers)

Yes, and now you might've given some people funny idea about which airplane to raid for those valuable piece of *ahem* equipment.

Thank you Dawn.....I went back to this morning/afternoon...well they started back up around noon/1pm central timeframe and that's 7 hrs ago and were in the very beginning of 327510xxx...now count towards that a few stops, the 520xxxxxx numbers they have processed and the fact that not too many ppl ordered anymore.....for sure tomorrow but hopefully tonight
oh and I'll let you know when you should pick up my phone lol since you are closer and you decide where in the middle you wanna meet
