The Easter Egg has an "S" for some reason that if you click on it a few times changes to a KitKat logo. Why "S"?
Anyone know how to get tap and pay working in Google Wallet? I'm not seeing the card that should be there.
Settings>Tap and Pay>Select Google Wallet
If you have not done so yet open Google Wallet> Settings> About>Tap and Pay
I don't see tap and pay in settings. Is it a top level menu item in the main device settings?
Yes in system settings it is listed just below apps.
Hmm. I don't have anything in the "device" category below apps.
I wonder if you have something disabled? See the attached screenshot.
OK, I'm a dunce. Forgot to enable NFC. Working now.

... if you in fact want NFC enabled. I'll continue to be a slow poke on this one and see what kind of "features" are uncovered along the way.
Went just fine. Things seem a bit sluggish but I'll give it a few days. Also, did not do a FDR so we'll see how that holds up.DL was available for me this morning.
Backing up everything then we'll let it fly...

I use the Motorola Skip (and the Skip tags) to unlock my phone. It's a lot easier than entering in a long PIN code, but I still have the security of the PIN if the phone is lost or stolen. I'm not all that wild to start using tap and pay - it doesn't solve any problems that I'm having with paying for things.
Go to settings | About Phone
Tap Android version multiple times
When the S appears long press it
When the Kit Kat logo appears long press it
You are now looking at the animated desert case.
