Anyone else with WebGuard blocking their net access?

What the hell is this?! Seems to be T-Mo but now on MY damn phone. I can't even get into Craigslist.

Metro went TU for me this morning.

They changed everyone's sign in to your phone number and that wiped out my stored password for MetroPCS.com so I got locked out of there. Also cannot change my password.

My bill was due today. MyMetro can't pull up my account info and dialing the 888 number just throws me to My(notworking)Metro. WTF, O?!

I called the pay $3 to make a payment number and had them connect me with the make a payment for free number and that got my bill paid.

I have two unanswered backchannel questions about this into Metro on Faceplant and BLASTED them on their public page.

How can I get this WebGuard turned off?

Ok, I rebooted my Spirit and the WebGuard looks to have gone away.

I still can't dial the 888 number and get Metro though.

They tried that crap with me over the phone. I told them where they could slide that idea too.


I didn't pay the damn $3.

what is surprising is that if you walk in a boost store and pay their phone bill, you do not pay any fee.
 
There must have been a buttload of people who forgot their passwords when Metro wiped them all out with the website change.

I've been waiting over 24 hrs for a text to change mine. Still no got and that's even with talking with Metro Faceplant folks in Dallas over the phone.

Nope. It was inop too. That was part of why it became a problem so quickly.

I couldn't pay on-line because I was locked out of my account.
If I tried to DIAL 1-888-8Metro8 it never started to dial, it flopped right over to the MyMetro App which could not pull down my account info.

They got the My Metro part fixed but we are now at 48 hrs and I'm still locked out of my account. This MAY become an issue TODAY again as I just got the Paypal payment for my Spirit ($130!! Woot! Woot!) and need to switch over to the T-Metro teat today. I just hammered JM again on Metro Faceplant for a new password (for the umpteenth time in 2 days now).

I told Metro JM on Faceplant I was waiting for the new password to get in to update to GSM. Within a hour I got the text. I'm in now and my password is reset.

It did take 2 damn days though.

Now to get the fat lips of my N4 around the T-Metro teat here in a few minutes. :D

Actually no, no, no, Oh no. :(

It is looking like I'm one of the few with a horrible GSM signal but good CDMA one.

I am getting sub 1 Mps speeds on the N4, obviously that won't work.

I am about to be between a rock and a hard spot. I already have the new owner of the Spirit's money (Paypal). If something doesn't shake out here soon, I'll give to give it back to them and get back on CDMA with my Spirit and Metro probably isn't going to want to do that.

It is possible that with a not so good HSPA+ signal that I could have a Much Better LTE signal?

When I had a HSPA+ supported phone I used to get 6Mbps download speed in my house. After I upgraded to F6 with LTE I get 23 Mbps download at home. At my gym I get 37 Mbps it's pretty awesome.
