Root [Virgin Mobile] Suggestion for Rom Port! :)

OSo I'm gonna be getting this phone pretty soon and when I do I'm gonna port one or two of the Sprint roms over to VM, and with permission I'll post it on here.

Question is, I wonder which ones I should do.

My favorite of all time was PACROM. I was gonna do that when I saw the VanillaRootbox rom and their virtually the same thing I can imagine? Can someone tell me the differences between the two roms please? That'd be great. :)

Links to roms I mentioned:

Vanilla Rootbox

Also, does anyone know if either of these roms have been updated for Kitkat? :)

Also I'm confused.... I find so many Kitkat roms on xda but idk which ones are for what cell company and don't know which ones to use... I just want a PACROM Kitkat build if there is one.

There is no need to port anything. We have the same device as the sprint s3. Just remove asserts and flash. Along with the apn fix

PAC has not started building yet for KitKat, but it is coming soon, see this announcement on XDA:

PAC 4.4 Announcement - xda-developers

And here is the main webpage for PAC, where downloads can be found as well as other info about that ROM:

PAC ROM

We use the d2spr right? Lol.
Also, I noticed two downloads for the release section for d2spr.

Should I use the v22.0 or should I use the milestone.rc one? Or should I use the nightlies?

And when I said port, I meant use the Sprint porting guide lol. :)

Correct on the d2spr. Those release builds for PAC are very old, definitely be checking the dates on things when you are looking at files to download. As far as their nightlies, they haven't released too many lately, and those are still stuck on JellyBean 4.3.x. If you are determined to run this ROM, make sure to choose the correct corresponding GApps, and also be sure you have read thoroughly on this forum for general knowledge.

I used PACROM 4.2.2 on my Evo V 3D. But it corrupted my motherboards system partition, and it's not repairable even with an RUU. It happened from the brightness setting for the status bar to be slided to adjust brightness. Setting was off, but it still worked. Turned it on, status bar crashed. Turned it back off, phone rebooted, and then it kept hard rebooting and just wouldn't work anymore even after RUU, it kept failing on system UZ failure.

Anyways! Lol, yeah, I know about the gapps and everything, I just wanted to know if anyone has the most updated PACROM and can link me to it? I can't find the 4.3 ones.
