Root [Virgin Mobile] Rom question

Can you activate a newly bought S3 that you installed a rom too? Basically can you activate on a custom rom?

Also can someone point me to a link of PACROM 4.3 please?

And any kernels, and or radio/firmware files, since I will not be updating to 4.3, having the latest firmware.

You will need to be stock to activate on Virgin Mobile.

If your system doesn't yet have the 4.3 update you can activate first with ignoring the OTA updates which would keep you without the 4.3 update.

If you have already gone custom without activating, there is a post of keis files which you can ODIN to become stock again (See below)

As it has a link of 4.3 without knox and other great information. I am just not sure if it is stock enough to activate. There is also a link to a forum post with the MK5 modem, I have a link also below:

what do you mean by activate your phone(question mark), do you mean set up to get minutes and make calls or something, I don't know what you mean
 
Looks like your PAC ROM is updating to KitKat soon; there is a countdown timer going on their home page, three days is current count, which would mean late Sunday or early Monday. Could be interesting. People are going nuts on the G+ page asking for updates too.
