All the more reason to avoid using these apps
Follow along with the video below to see how to install our site as a web app on your home screen.
Note: This feature may not be available in some browsers.
If you guy's think AirPush is annoying, just wait till you DL an app that has this installed:
Mobile Advertising Network for Android
It plays a 10 second audio ad when you try to make a phone call.

I've never had an AirPush ad ever, but I did notice that option in Jelly Bean, and that's pretty cool. You can keep the app itself enabled but just prevent it from being able to display notifications.!!!UPDATE!!!
See this article on Phandroid:
Say goodbye to AirPush: you can now disable notifications in Android 4.1 Jelly Beans
If/when your device gets Jellybean, you will be able to disable notifications from apps using AirPush.
Ads Context
It must be clear to the user which app each ad is associated with or implemented in. Ads must not make changes to the functioning of the user
So, they may be using Airpush now.Thank you for contacting Gameloft Customer Care.
We are sorry for the inconveniences.
In order to opt-out from the pop-up on screen notifications appearing on your Android device, please enter Airpush - Mobile Ad Network | Push Notification Ad Network | Android App Monetization into your phone browser. Normally, after you do that, you should be given 2 ways to opt-out. -Manual way. It requires you to enter your IMEI in the corresponding box and click on "Submit" -Selecting "Opt Out App" will opt you out automatically.

Airpush is an ads service that is used in our games.
Have a nice day!
Airpush doesn't steal data, just interferes with the operation of the phone.
Of course apps using this have been banned from the Play Store for some months now, so if you have these problems it suggests someone breaking the rules or you installing from a dodgy site. I mention this because while airpush doesn't steal data, other malware might, so if you've installed from unreliable sources you could have a problem that way.
