Upgrade Question

Ok...I don't think I'm posting this in the right section, please tell me if not.

I'm currently using a Galaxy S3 (SGH-i747M) and I'm eligible for a hardware upgrade now.

I've already pre-reserved the GS5 (16gb) but am having second thoughts.

I'm thinking of the following and would like some input!

1- Galaxy S5
2- Note 3
3- Wait for the annoucement of the Note-4 most likely in October

HELP!

The Notes are great machines, but their size puts a lot of people off.

Personally, I love them, but can't put them in a pocket, which just about rules them out for me.

I'd recommend going to look in person at a store, to see if you can deal with the size.

I've had the Samsung Note 1 & 2, now the Samsung S3
My note 2 was stolen and I have to wait for contract to expire before getting a new one in March 2015. So I'm debating too. Here is my take so far:

1- Galaxy S5
Kinda leaning this way as sizewise, it's a cross between the Note II & S3.

2- Note 3 When the new Note 4 comes out, it will drive down the price of the Note 3 and make it real affordable. Won't go this route though.

3- Wait for the announcement of the Note-4 most likely in October
If size doesn't matter and you want the biggest, baddest, fully loaded phone, this would be it.

* So it is wait and see. At the moment I'm leaning toward the S 5, but that could change March 2015 especially since the S5 & Note 4 aren't even out yet. I will compare then. :)

Why upgrade? If ur S3 is doing fine, save some money and keep using it; that's what I intend to do. I don't think the new bells and whistles are worth going to a new phone.

Oh, and there are advantages in not being tied to a new contract.
