Been a long time member just started a new account due to forgetting the password for my old account. I tried to get help by emailing the admins but I don't think I got a reply. Not really bothered by it. Talk to you all in the forums.

I would post in this section,Private Chat With Moderators and I will get an admin to get you the info needed, also if you forgot the the password, that could be reset by you, even if you forgot the username I believe, as long as you have the email account related to the account then you would be good to go.

I will report it and get this taken care of for you, no reason to loose your other post, cheers.

I did research a little and could not find much, post in the thread link I gave you and we will get this squared away.

I'm not really worried about my old account. That's why I made a new one. I don't use the same email address so I can't reset the password myself.

I can't say what happened to the email as you don't mention your old username or password, but if you drop me a PM with them I can look into it. Usually in these instances we'll ask you to pick the username you'd like to keep, and merge the two accounts.
