Polaris Office not compatible with N5?

Polaris office shows as compatible with mine. Are you by any chance using a ROM with an alternative (non-stock) LCD density problem. If so, you may find problems like this unless you have Gapps with a multi-density play store (like PA Gapps). Otherwise, not sure of the problem.

In US, N5 on stock. Says it's not compatible with ANY of my Android devices. From the description: "* POLARIS Office is optimized for Kindle Fire HD 7
 
I didn't notice there are a number of Polaris Office products. The one called simply Polaris Office is not compatible with the N5 (or man other devices it looks like).
 
You are looking at the kindle version.

Look for the non kindle version (which is not available at amazon). It is available at Google play, but requires a connection to a server that will support it)

Why not use quick office instead?

What do you mean by this?

It does not show as compatible on the Play Store either, as mentioned. The description says this "*It's only for updating Samsung Galaxy series(Galaxy S3)" and the other versions on the play store say they are for subscribers of certain services. I'm thinking it's just an app tied to certain products, and marketing rather than compatibility is the problem. So it goes
