Anything to sync iTunes Playlists and Media to Android?

In the past I was able to sync my iTunes media and Playlists to a Blackberry and I am curious if there is software to do similar on my Galaxy s4. I know how to get the Media over easily, but what is important to me are the Playlists, any suggestions?

iSyncr together with iSyncr Wifi work for me for syncing iTunes playlists (including videos, films as well as music playlists).

You install these apps on your Android device, together with the Windows app on your PC. Syncs over WiFi. Hope this is helpful.
