Downloads--No Downloads?

When I go into Settings and choose Storage, it shows I have 8.00KB stored in Downloads. When I tap Download, it shows "No Downloads".

Guessing that's some system downloads but I don't know.

Pretty sure the folder itself takes space, that is the most likely answer. Although there maybe a hidden/system file in the folder too. You could install ES File Explorer and enable show hidden files and look, if the is a file that begins with "." it is normally hidden, like .thumbnail or something.
