Lock and Unlock NFC Laptop via NFC phone?

I'm hoping that somebody can tell me if it's possible to do the above using Tasker? I currently use BTProximity, a Windows program, to lock and unlock my laptop when my Bluetooth phone is in range but I really would like to switch to a NFC solution if it's possible.
One flaw of this program is that it isn't running in the background when you first turn on the laptop so it can't initially unlock it when you first bootup. So I was hoping that Tasker and the NFC phone would take the burden of running the program rather than running it on a laptop.

I have absolutely no Tasker skills so this would be my first foray hence why i really need your help/advice if this is even possible?

Simple solution - put it in Startup.

No joy my friend :(. The bluetooth service doesn't seem to be running before you boot into Windows proper. I'm trying to contact the developer but there doesn't seem to be any support on his page any more for this software. So once again I am looking for an alternative NFC solution.
