Hey, I do not understand this. Metro's LG Optimus L70 does not have KitKat, but Cricket Wirless's LG Optimus L70 does have KitKat. What gives? If Crickets L70 has it why does Metro not have it?

It has kit kat.
I picked up a volt on boost to play around with. Decent phone better than the f6 or the l70 for sure. But honestly even though it has the same chipset as the moto g i still think the g ia the better snappier device. The camera in the volt is ok nothing special but deff an improvment over the l70. Storage on the volt is 3.9 gb outta the box available to user. So another bonus over the l70. All in all though i would still say the best sub 200 dollar phone is the moto g. If you wanna pay 221 you can now get an lte one with sd card storage. But i would even reccomend the older one with hspa and 8gb of storage over the volt ,l70/l90 unless you must have lte.
I love the g. To me if you take everything into account (price, hardware, software, performance) the g is the best phone out there. Yes you can pay more for something like the note 3 s5 or any other flagship and it may do more but when it comes down to th i e core of the phone like running apps playing games ect ect the g performs right there with them and a third of the cost. Again the volt isnt awful its just lg loaded it with there full optimus ui that they have on the g2 and it does cause it to stutter and lag a lil. Theres some ok features with optimus u.i. but the g2 has 2gb of ram to actually run it. At least on the l70 its a watered down version of the u.i. so you dont get the stutter. On the volt you do get some lag and aome hangups especially when opening multiple apps and multitasking. This is something you dont get on the moto g also. 1gb of ram runs flawlessly on stock kit kat.
