Help Text Preview on lock screen

Not sure what happened but now I can't get text message preview or missed calls to show up on the bottom of the lock screen like before. I put a checkmark on all the settings. Like in text message settings preview is checked. In security message preview is checked. But no luck. I'm stumped

Yea I think it does hopefully HTC can fix this. Have you tried talking to any representatives yet?

I've e-mailed them as well, twice in the last 2 weeks, with no response. It also looks like they don't respond to much on the FB page for the Desire 601. At least on VM's FB page, you will get an "Oh No" response, if nothing else :banghead:

No, how do you do that? Did they fix this issue for you?

No I had a diffrent issue. I called my phone carrier and they were no help. Tried to post the link but with me being a newbeit would let me. Go to HTC website and look for live chat. If it's a proble that can be fixed they will take care of it for you.

I couldn't take the text spacing issues on T9 or the lock screen preview issues anymore. I went back to jelly bean

No, that doesn't work either...I've wiped mine numerous times, since the upgrade to kitkat...I believe that was the cause and that feature will never work again.

I find this as an inconvenience when upgrading to KitKat. Just proves that poor testing was done before OTA release. Huge bug that won't be fixed in my opinion.
