Any suggestion other than a FDR?
Quit using large fonts in forums...
I've seen nothing but more stable WiFi, Bluetooth and cell service ( 3G/4G ) since the update... try it in safe mode and if that doesn't do it... I can't see any other recommendation than doing a FDR
Seems unlikely but ... you could try running in Safe Mode (disabling all apps you added without uninstalling them). If it stops then it was caused by app that you added. (Perhaps an app that is not compatible with 4.4.4.)
Since you have not done a Factory Data Reset the results from a Safe Mode test are not totally reliable.

I did a Safe Mode boot, and immediately started Wi-Fi and Chrome browser, but the connection dropped after less than 1 minute. I went to the neighbors and logged in to their network and it still dropped after less than 1 minute. So I finally did a FDR and it fixed my problem. I wonder if Microsoft and Apple require a FDR when they send out OS updates to their cellphones. Thanks for the help.
Even on Windows computers when upgrading versions... I have always recommended a clean install so you avoid the minor glitches that creep in from corruptions etc... On an Android... it's not bad but on a full Windows desktop/notebook it takes quite a while to get everything setup again.
