I'm like new at this but have some knowledge of it. i had liquid smooth way before , and it was downloaded through rom manager . but idk how to actually put a rom , I'm guessing is like putting the rom in the sd , then going to recovery then install from zip, but idk .

Make sure the ROM you use is for your phone. You said you had it way before, for what phone? They are not interchangeable. Do some reading.

i found a the rom cyanogenmod 10.2.1 d2spr for my phone and when i put it in my sd card , i go to recovery and install it from zip, but it aborts idk why it says status 7

That's for sprint. You have to use the new unified builds. D2lte not d2spr
