Root [Virgin Mobile] Cant update CM 11 from M8 to M9

Hey guys I cant get the Cyanogenmod Updater to update normally, any ideas of how i can fix this? When I try to update it goes into recovery and it attempts to update but the whole thing fails and reboots my phone. My phone is Virgin Mobile Samsung Galaxy III

I think what you need to do is reboot into recovery, go to install zip>SD card>cmupdater and manually install the update. I have the same problem with Paranoid Android.

This is what you need to do. Most will also say wipe the cache and davlik before flashing the rom, then flashing the apn fix after. Flashing an update without wiping your data is also known as a "dirty flash". You can then delete the rom from the cmupdater folder.

If you run into any problems it is recommended to do a clean install.
