PC Upgrade or PS4?

Are there specific games that you will play on PS4 that are not offered on PC? If yes, go for a PS4. If no, I would stick to upgrading the PC.
 
I have nearly the same PC specs as you (although a slightly different GPU) and if I was going to upgrade with
 
I prefer the Xbox One over either choice. Can't believe it after ten years, I finally have the ability to turn on and mute, unmute my TV with voice commands! Something I have wished for a long time and figured was mere fantasy. I game more on PC but do dabble in consoles and like the media integration of the One plus I had more YLoD from Playstation 3 but never one issue from my launch Xbox 360 other than losing one $40 power supply to lightning (three red rings of death) but console was and is fine. I stick to what works.

The ability to voice mute is a dream come true. Nothing is worse than being away from the remote and then having an annoying advert come on (such as one for viagra when preparing dinner) and then having to scramble for the remote and panic mute, only realizing after that you already had to hear and see 3/4 of the ad. So not getting tired of yelling 'Xbox mute!' From anywhere in the house.

That plus multi Window support, are things the Playstation 4 doesn't offer.
 
The CPU should be a Intel i7-4770k or at least something like a i5 I would recommend if you're using this rig for gaming ;)
