Themes LG G3 Custom Theme Help

I would love to know how to create a custom theme - All I really need to know is what software I need and possible a template file to check out.

I have heard of stuff like tweak box but to be honest i don't wish to pay to put my own stuff on my phone.

Any help would really be appreciated.

[Edit] - I must add I'm not new to Creating/Developing Themes I have created many from [PSP, PSP VITA, XBOX 360, and numerous phones - all for personal use and most lost from product of time or selling old devices]

The issue I have had is purely the fact that the LG G3 is a new handset and there is little to no information out side the hardware specs issued by suppliers at the moment - I have come across from an iPhone which I used for many years so the software needed for Android is again new to me.

Thank you very much for the help - that program does not seem to want to work with KitKat or at least not very well.

Does anyone know of a way i could create a theme I could simply drag into the directory of the LG G3?

I'm happy with some basic programing if needed - I just need to know software - heck I would be happy codeing in Notepad or WordPad if there was a template available. I have tried scrolling through my phone to see if i can find the default theme so to copy it and try to backwards engineer it, if its possible - but have not been able to find anything yet
