Tv box remote broken ! Please help

I have recently purchased a smart tv box (Cs 918) R-Box , the remote that Came with it is crap and l planned to configure my tab to the box as a smart remote but before I got the chance the bloody remote broke and now I cant do anything !!!
My question is : IS there a way to Navigate around this box Or set up a new remote to do what needs to be done to get access to my system and configure my tab to the b0x?
lm stuck as to what to do here , l only have it a day and Dont want to be waiting weeks for another remote to arrive from china.
any help is appreciated
