Mods Quick question. [Root only]

I know CM rom and some others, except Carbon, don't support moving apps to SD. But what if I used Xinstaller from the xposed installer and enable installing apps on SD?
 
Actually, don't you have to partition the sdcard so you can move apps fully into the sdcard? Dalvik-cache and everything? I think you have to have at lest a class 6 sdcard for moving apps fully into the sdcard and causes the sdcard to be wiped.
