Any reason one would prefer the S5 to the Note 4?

Eh... I just got my S5 today and I'm quite content with it. Yeah the screen size is a huge difference, but still. I don't need all the latest and greatest that comes with the Note 4

I like the S5 due to its water resistance and it supports HD voice on Verizon. Also, the USB 3 port is great for high speed file transfers.

I've had the S5 for a few months now, I'm extremely happy with it. The size is perfect, USB 3 transfers and charging, and water resistance are the reasons I like it over Samsung's larger device offerings.
