so this is my first note. I have had other androids. But, what do you all suggest as far as apps go should l pick up to utilize this note to the fullest. Thanks
 
Well....that depends on what your main use is. .....


Nova prime for starters and Calendar Widget, if just looks so cool

Nova prime.
Pure calendar widget.
Lightflow. For different colour notifications for different app notifications.
Deezer for music
Gramd theft auto san andreas for games
Car home ultra if you use your phone in the car
 
Barcode Scanner, Tesla LED, Nova launch[get the pro version, it's worth it], Pandora, Soundhound[for tagging music], RealCalc, MXplayer, Astro File Manager,Car Home Ultra, Evernote, and Google Voice.

Nice find,To bad I don't need it.Both(Wife's & Mine) our phones already have working tether apps,Plus I already own PDANet+.
Still great find.
 
Strange how I see it on line but not on my phone. On my phone the free app of the day is PrintHand Mobile Print Premium.
 
for those that use Nova Prime.... why do you like it more than the stock? I have the Note 4 and upgraded from the Note 2 and have always used the stock launcher.

Just curious what are the benefits in your opinion.

Nova is faster than TW, much more customizable, uses less RAM, has a list view app drawer, etc.....
 
Aviate (launcher) Nice, clean, does everything I need it to :)

Gallery Lock Pro(Hide picture) (secret Gallery that hides pictures.. and such)
QrDroid (or QrDroid 3)

I also use Contacts+. But I only use it so it updates my Contacts (regular contact software) pictures with those they use on Facebook.

Aviate is almost revolutionary. It really changes the way you use your Android. I've used it on and off again and always enjoyed it.
 
If you like the ability to tack action memos to your home screens, then you're stuck with touchwiz.
If you don't care about this feature, then there are much better launchers out there.

I agree. And it's hard to go back to TouchWiz afterwards lol. I tried, i really did, but I went back within a week or two of getting the new phone.
 
Gvrider, I installed that taskmanager but I can't find it to uninstall. Where is it? Also how do you use it? Sorry, first Note 4. Never had Samsung devices before.
