Welcome to the forum :)

Which bit of the internal storage do you want to access, and where do you want to access them from (phone or computer)? The /sdcard partition you should be able to access with any file manager. Accessing it via a computer is limited on most devices to MTP (rather than USB mass storage) but should be doable out of the box via Windows (as MTP is a micrsoft protocol), with a little extra software on other platforms.

Other bits of the internal storage will need root to access them.

my phone internal storage is full, I want to clone my storage on phone or computer whatever method is easy to access.

I access the sdcard its done.

I know the rooting is required to access the internal storage.

guide how can access the internal storage via phone or the computer.

I want to know the answer for the same problem. Plus, does rooting is compulsory in this method or there is another way to do it without rooting.

I know rooting is must, how can I root my android 4.4

and what method I use to access the internal storage

Rooting steps vary by make and model - the front page of our forum lists the phones we have members supporting - and for each phone forum, inside is an All Things Root subforum.

If there's a known root for your phone, you'll find it there. :)

You can use a file explorer with root support to access your internal storage - X-plore, from the Play Store, it's a very good choice.
