Need help with Quad core android box mini RK3188

In the Video section, I get an error msg stating that it cannot connect to host server. Nothing will even load to be viewed.

Also I can't seem to download any additional channels from the Video Addon list.. If I click on Install it will say working but immediately "jump out"
How do I solve these problems?

Hoping someone can help! I've seen these devices in action and I love it! I just want to be able to have the same experience at home!
 
Is this using PopcornTime.cn or something? If so we can't really assist with that, because it's illegal copyright infringement, forum rules. What service does it use?
