Help battery charging problem.

my battery charges incorrectly.it jumps to 100% when it gets to 30 or 60%.and it also has an abnormal percentage of going off and that is 50%.i've tried all i can but it still has this problem.it's barely 7months since i bought it.pls help me

yh.phone has been rooted for almost 2 yrs now with custom rom always.

That's your problem a custom ROM Dont have all the battery PNG files you need to edit with a zip to flash .

Ignoring the percentage, is your battery life significantly reduced? If not it's just a display or calibration problem.

yh.very much.am even shocked at the rate it discharges.within 5-10 mins,it can reduce from 100% to 50 or 60% when i jx start using it.but i've found a problem with the charger.it has a torn wire in it so i guess ma phone is not getting all the power it needs to charge.
