When you say "SIM block" what exactly do you mean? Do you mean that the phone is locked to a network and needs unlocking, or that the phone itself has been blacklisted, or that the SIM is not working?
yes, the phone was locked to a network and needs unlocking codes I can't use any similar please help...
I'm afraid I can't help myself with this, but hopefully someone else who can will see it. Of course the network themselves are the most reliable source for unlocking a handset.

If your phone is locked because it was sold before being paid for, you need to get after the seller.
If you have had an account with the carrier who locked it for a certain period of time, you should be able to get an unlock.

There are many sites offering unlocking for a small charge. I would use one of these since there does not appear to be any free software unless you are prepared to root your handset

When I need to unlock phones, I'll generally buy unlock codes from eBay. I've never paid more than a couple of pounds.
Alternatively, if the phone has been bought outright or been in your posession for longer than 90 days, networks (at least in the UK) are obliged to unlock it for you.
