should i upgrade to the z3?

Hello everyone, does anyone have confirmation on the arrival of the z4 to the USA? I'm debating on upgrading to the z3 but if the z4 comes out spring 2015 I'll wait for it. If the z4 comes out in fall of 15 I might upgrade now. Currently in jump but need 6 months after getting a new device to upgrade without dropping allot of doe at once. Right now I could jump. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks. Im Also considering the upcoming m9 lots to think about
 
I think the Z4 will be out in spring. The issue however, is how long it'll take to get to your side of the pond.
 
There will always be something new on the horizon, the Z5 will be out shortly after the Z4. I wouldn't wait this phone is great
 
Info from the Sony "hack" was that the Z4 will be released in August to coincide with the new James Bond film. The Z4 will be the featured phone on the film.

I heard the same as well that Sony has decided to go for one flagship per year from now on. Although the Z4 will be announced earlier but the actual handset will be available in fall 2015. Nothing official though.
