Help Google apps wont connect to wifi, Samsung Galaxy Tab 4

I was playing on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, just watching Youtube, when it said there was a problem with the network. I thought it was just the router but then I realized that Netflix, Vine, and Instagram all worked fine. Most Google apps won't connect to internet (Youtube, Play Store, Chrome, Plus, Maps, Play Movies and, Play Newsstand, I am actually reading these off my list of apps by Google that won't work). Please help!

go to Google Play Store and see if you might have to open up those apps again. Try settings/then Application Mgr. Make sure you didn't delete by mistake.
