L65 has different hardware. At least screen. On 4pda.ru you can find unlocked bootloader and partialy working cwm.

Yes, it has a different screen (4.1") but same resolution (WVGA). I've already got it unlocked and with TWRP.

L65 and L70 are different devices! you can't (CAN'T) use rom for L70... There is high % of hardbrick...

2. Enter to recovery
3. wipe data
4. install zip from external_sd cm-12<...>.zip
5. install zip from external_sd gapps
6. reboot

Reboot phone, after boot complete, open camera and exit. Open terminal or adb shell and run
su
dmesg > /storage/sdcard1/dmesg.txt

Send dmesg.txt to me.

No, no, no! CM12 -> CM12 just install zip.

Not needed install gapps. Black screen after recovery sometimes, just reboot hold power button.
