Hello, i have two samsung devices (phone and tablet) and at the android's default mail application i have connect my Microsoft Outlook mail account which is from my internet provider.

Everything works fine and i am recieving my mails but the app doesnt keeps my latest mails...it only shows mails from 1-2 days before and then dissapears until new mails to come...

Can i fix this please? Because i want to see older mails and i just can't.!

Thank you in advance

P.S. Sorry for my english... :)

I believe the default email app in Samsung devices is provided by Samsung, not Android. Who is your ISP?

If this is a POP3 account, be sure that in 'Incoming server settings' 'Delete mail on server' is set to 'Never'. In Outlook, check that 'Sync deletes with server' is off. I don't have Outlook to check so that might not be the exact terminology used.

If this is an IMAP account...well, it just shouldn't be happening.

Hi, in the stock mail app on my HTC One I have settings for 'Sync, Send & Receive'.

One option is to download by 'days' ie 1,3,7,14, 30 or 'all'.

Check if you have something similar in your settings - if I set mine to 3 days, only mail on the server 3 days old or less will be downloaded, if I set it to 'all' then all mail on the server will be downloaded.
